“Plexi” Pump Classic Immunochemistry Workhorse Standard
Renowned for its extremely wide volume range and ruggedness, this venerable classic DRD Differential Displacement module is now available with its integrated valve in several different sizes.
The trusted high-tech workhorse of leading Immunochemistry analyzers because it can accurately pick up small volumes and deliver up to 3000 uL/second high flow. The “Plexi” is now available in models with single-stroke volume as high as 3.6 mL and resolution fine enough to handle 500 nanoliters with < 1% CV. Only husky pistons and rugged compression seals because the high-resolution capability comes from DRD’s patented Differential Displacement™ design. Typically runs for over 2 million cycles before needing any PM or servicing. Continues to perform highly reliably for over 10 years in many major immunochemistry analyzers. Available with PC board controller or as bare-bones OEM. |

Plexi Pump Subassembly Run
Quality everywhere. The piston and acrylic bodies lined up here are for the Model 265 uL/3.6 mL, a Plexi OEM workhorse classic, available along with the full family of Plexi pumps with their integrated valves and optional PC board controller.
Highest quality manufacturing at every stage. A classic favorite in leading Immunochemistry analyzers because of its ability to accurately pick up small volumes while delivering high flow up to 3000 uL/second. Transparency bespeaks substance in this case, and you can see the moving and top quality parts that make this pump so extremely robust and low maintenance. Uses only husky pistons and rugged compression seals because the high-resolution capability comes from the patented Differential Displacement design. Typically runs for over 2 million cycles before needing any PM or servicing. The core of this pump design continues to perform highly reliably for over 10 years in Beckman Access immunochemistry analyzers. |

CV1dur 48S 1.0/30
Dual Resolution OEM Pump
Gives <1% CV from 1 mL down to below 1 µL in compact unit, with high flow and contact-free delivery.
Stunning pump with linear actuator motor integrated right up the center of the bottom piston. Lateral moments therefore unwelcome, the 48S 1.0/30 has incredible mechanical resolution and stability right on top of that which comes from the differential displacement resolution itself. Functionally almost self-maintenance for extremely long-lived use. Could sit on your sampling arm if you wanted. Along with precision and accuracy, the resolution control invention preserves high flow rate capability for easy priming, practical rinsing, and effective delivery. The DRD piston invention varies resolution by up to 125 times in its taller compatriots. |

CV1dur 48T 2.8/240
Dual Resolution OEM Pump Module
Gives <1% CV from 2.8 mL down to 2 µL in single rugged unit, with high flow and contact-free delivery. This is the size range generally standardized on for immunochemistry analyzers, providing the abundant volume and flow power needed for washing and rinsing along with more than adequate precision and accuracy for the lowest sample volumes used– all in this one device.
Differential resolution like a 1 mL syringe, Single mode flow like an 8 mL syringe, resolution multiplier 8. |

Classic casting-based Pump Modules
Precise volumes over the huge range of 3.6 mL down to 1 µL. The non-differential mode provides huge flow rates for flushing and cleaning, yet the fine Differential Mode can move liquids very slowly and smoothly. Motor connections but no PC boards for OEM manufacturers who want to do the motor control directly through their own drivers. |
