An OEM path to differentiated performance

A complete pipetting core—not just another head.

The Inserter Model uses mandrels that reach down into conventional tips for pickup and sealing. DRD’s dual-piston mechanism then provides the long excursion needed for fine aspiration and the independent-piston flow used for clean release.

The head can be supplied as part of a complete pipetting module for integration into automated, multi-platform systems serving high-throughput and dense-microplate applications.

Differential architecture

Long aspiration travel. Independent blowout power.

Every channel uses DRD’s Differential Displacement™ principle. Two piston diameters create fine net resolution when moved together, while independent motion supplies higher flow for complete delivery.

  • Fine aspiration resolutionLong piston excursion makes tiny net liquid displacements easier to control.
  • Clean contact-free deliverySingle-piston motion closes the differential gap and provides the blowout action.

Downward-gripping mandrels

DESKA mandrels insert into tips and seal conventionally while supporting stated aspiration down to 200 nL.

02Liquid-handling core

Dual-piston channels

Ninety-six differential channels coordinate fine aspiration and higher-flow dispensing behavior.

03Module integration

High-throughput automation

The complete module can operate within multi-platform systems for dense microplates and automated handling.
